An aside... The comic-book hero Superman was originally a villain modeled on Nietzsche's idea (see "The Reign of the Super-Man"). He was re-invented as a hero, bearing little resemblance to the previous character, though still one with a dubious morality. Only as the series progressed did Superman become a wholesome, morally upright figure.
